Do any of you know of anywhere where I can get my recently formed Rebel
fleet some Mon-Calamari Cruisers? Around heavy/battle-cruiser size would
be ideal.

Hmmmm... the Micro-Machines line had those (I've got one or two of them)
but they're a bit smaller than the typical GZG models. They might be about
that size though.

Helps a bit if we know from which country you're writing. In the US, for
the MicroMachines, I think most of the Toys-R-Us's, legalistic scourges
of the web, are about tapped out. However, still a good place to try, as well
as Kay-Bee's and their subsidiary, Toy Liquidators, and now, I guess,
dollar stores.
Heck, I'm still seeing these in supermarkets and pharmacies. At a greater
price, mind you, but that's the reason you can find long OOP toys there; a
strong instinct to not discount, even though these places have high turnover
marketing. Go figure. (No, don't respond to this part of the post.
;->= )
These are about 2.5-3", I think, so good fits for medium-to-large GZG's,
but rounder, so both volumetric and surface area, PSB-able bigger if you
wish.
As an aside, there are two MC cruisers; one called simply MC Cruiser, one
called MC Rebel Cruiser. The first is the one with 'wings'; I use the
second as a squadron/fleet leader. I think it's a bigger ship, though
about the same size in MM form. In the three pack with the first, there maybe
(different versions of the packs) a rebel speeder bike. Either keep, or see
if someone on the list wants. The figure is big for the 9-packs of figs,
small for the GZG 25's, but squeak-able in either direction.
Sorry, haven't had the ships out for awhile, so most of the above is
provisional on me checking at home.

Sorry but do you mean actual mini's or stats for the ships?
Minis: As you've been told, Toys-R-Us, the Dollar Stores, but they're
getting hard to find. Since I can't paint to save my soul, I really like the
micromachine ships. There are pictures of my Micromachine ships including
both Mon-Calamari at:
http://www.pcisys.net/~stanczyk/ships.htm
Stats: Dean's Sci-Fi Crossover 2000 has stats for both at:
http://scificrossover.homestead.com/2K.html
Dean's been helping me develop more stats for different ships but I don't have
anything ready for release yet. Work has been a MAJOR pain lately.

Right, they're the two directly under the Centauri Primus battleship, AND JUST
WHERE THE HECK DID THAT COME FROM?!?!?

Mike,
Would you allow me to use your photos of the Micromachine spaceships on my web
site? Your photos are very well done, the best I've seen of Micromachines. My
site lists spaceship miniatures and games, and I try to inlcude as many
pictures as possible. My site can be found at
http://zappa.brainiac.com/spaceship/ If you like I'll credit you
with taking the pictures and can include a link to your site.
Thanks,
Yeah, it's the minis I'm really after. I was hoping that some company or other
had done a metal 'not' one since I really don't like using
micro-machines.

Check out the B5Wars line from Agents of Gaming. I think that there's a
Primus that's a little bigger than this one. There's a picture of theirs at:
http://www.agentsofgaming.com/primus.jpg
The stock list shows it as:
BW-204 Centauri Primus Battlecruiser: $13.95

There is also a smaller Centauri Primus made by Agents of Gaming. Their Fleet
Action line has smaller miniatures, the item number for
the Primus is FA-2401, sorry no picture of it.

Actually, Mike, I was the one asking about the Primus, of which AoG's is a bit
pricey to me; he was looking for metal Star Wars rebel ships, and I don't
think anybody does anything close. Maybe converted S'avasku...
Thanks for the try, though.

Pictures of many of their miniatures. Cheers
Yeph, that's where I looked and got the part number for the Fleet Action
Primus. But unless I'm nearly blind, there was no picture for it, while there
is a picture for the larger B5 Wars version of the Primus, at the address
someone posted earlier.

Do keep in mind that the Primus is a big hunk of lead. In comparison to the FT
ships, probably dreadnought or larger in size. The FA scale Primus is about an
inch long and destroyer or light cruiser sized.
