Am I in an even smaller minority who want 15mm stuff for SG II?

I use TTG's Laserburn Imperials for Free Cal-Tex and want cool vehicular
support. Hello, anyone there??.......hello!
:-{

Ps I use the short inch (ie 15mm = 1 inch) to get a better table scale. I know
its the same as in 25mm scaled down but it looks better. Sprayforming

15mm scale scifi miniatures would be nice to get hold of (especially the old
15mm Traveller PowerArmour). It works better with scifi weapon ranges than
25mm.

Me too!

15mm would bring it much closer to ground scale. And I could get more figures
for my dollar too!?

I'd quite like to see some 15mm as well, though why I want to start
collecting in yet another scale is beyond me. ;-)

Actually the SGII groundscale is smaller than the DSII figure scale. (1:394
compared to 1:300) so switching from 25mm to 15mm won't make that much
difference really, but in our minds?

No, that is what the Californians would have you believe. Texas was a separate
province of Spain, before the independance of Mexico. After their independance
it was one of their least populated provinces, which is when they started
advertising for US citizens to come down to settle. But enough about history.
When are we going to see an OoB or minis for
Free Tex-Cal troops ;-)

I love 15mm or anything close to it

I use a lot of the new Heavy Gear miniatures. (at least the soldiers

I'm also hoping that they do figures for the gun platforms in HG (heavy Gear)

and I do a lot of "converting" building my own stuff using parts of different
figures ( i do some with FT too)

my favorite is to use 72 scale models even though they are not quite to scale
they are close enough and do wonders for building your own stuff.

no there are two states between texas and california

texas was formed from it's own independent country the "republic of texas"

from the dispute with the mexicans

and was later admited into the US as a state

mass a ton or so if it were metal - before I do it!

a little big.. but not much..

Well, they're supposed to be HO scale, which is about 20 mm. So they
*are* a little big for 15 mm scale... it's not just you. ^_-

I thought about using these but the variety of poses are poor and for the cash
I'm not to impressed with the details.

The Northern forces get two types, heavy weapons (a rpg/gms) and a saw.
The troops all wear NSLish armour. The designers ahve bottled it for the secon
type. The second type are regular infantry with small arms, except (the cop
out) the designer has moddeled them wearing a greatcoat (Russian style)
covering the body armour. I wouldn't mind but these are not cheap minis. The
Southern forces are similar to the noth except they all wear greatcoats.

I'm not too impressed.

   Also
...GZG 15mm ESU & NAC (I will be using as LLAR mercs)I want Jon T. to do...the
NSL std. trooper so I can buy truck loads!
   And
...A.A.'s 15mm Crusader troops (these are actually more like 20mm but the

fogetting...Any traveller figs. I find!

Vehicles I want in 15mm are APC,s GEV or Grav prefered, but as always based
on merit of mould! (I can always cut off the wheels and use Mili-put)
