There is an expanded version of the rules floating round on the web...Here is
one verson:

Warpwar rules on the CMU Gaming Club reviews page. This is a complete listing
of the rules, and includes an ascii map with counters.

The only other way, is to find a used copy...I have two copies, but they are
not available...
