I may just be interested in different periods of history, but there wasn't
that much of a difference between Persians and Greeks transport wise. Actually
that's true of lots of ancient stuff, particularly in MesoAmerica and Asia. In
every case I can think of it never came down just to transport... But having
said that, no reason we can't set precedents in the VV;)
