Subject: Updated FMA Rules?

Hi, I haven't really been paying attention but I was wondering if there have
been a 'new' or stabalized release of the FMA Skirmish rules presented lately?
If so, where can I download them from, or who can supply them to me?

(21st April), then I can think about starting to get everything collated into
a new draft in the light of playtest feedback.
