OK, here's the way things are working for now:

I've updated the sitemap, so I now have a complete index of all the
pages on my site. http://www.angelfire.com/va/basileus/sitemap.html

I've updated the Rhomaioi.html page to connect to everything else as well.

I added the first draft of the GURPS page (gurps.html) which also includes a
good bit of background on the NRE.

And finally, added the Unofficial! page
<http:www.angelfire.com/va/basileus/unofficial.html> which includes URLs
and little blurbs about each of the powers so far.

Anyone who isn't listed (like the K'rathri above) go ahead and e-mail me
with Name of power, Contact Info (either web page or e-mail, or specify
NONE), general rating (Major Power, Minor Power, Independant Colony) and a
paragraph blurb on the background of the power. If you're listed and you don't
like the blurb, write your own d*mn blurb.:)

If any minor unofficial power would like to set up a small interim home
page, send me whatever stuff you have, and I'll set you up a bare-bones,
text-only page or two and host it until you get the time to set your own
page up. In that case e-mail me OFF the list.

Ok, John I will add My Unoffical Power to your list:

The Confederation of Celtic States..

Three small worlds - New Caledonia, Ulster Prime, and Dalriada, Freed
from NAC rule by Charter in 2178. By Charter the Confederation of Celtic
States
is responsible for all-things domestic, but must provide a set number of
military units to NAC High Command each year, or pay NAC taxes. They are
allowed to maintain a small defense force, of NAC approved warships. What the
NAC and the CCS read into defense force has caused some friction between the
two. The CCS Royal Navy is equipped with three squadrons of modern warships
from the Claymore Class Dreadnought to the Sgian Dubh class Courier. The
Confederation of Celtic States is a firm supporter of the NAC Government and
has good ties to the NSL and Oceanic Union.

I will set up a webpage for them soon, Full Thrust minis and Fleet Book
stats can be found at: http://www.public.usit.net/arrowjr/ccs.htm
