Towed AT Guns

There are rules allowing towed Arty, anyone think they'd have a problem with
permitting people to mount HKPs, RFAC, HVC, or DFFGs on towed carraiges.
Carraige is free, and has signature one level lower than size of gun, as per
Arty. Can be either fixed or 'turreted', but unsure how to point that. Maybe
make fully traversable carraiges cost 1 point per weapon size? Fixed arc guns
may be manhandled to any direction in lieu of firing. Only system may be
fitted is firecontrol.

Towed HKP/3 (based on MicroArmor mini of Soviet D-30 122mm Howitzer)

So for 57 points, a fixed arc HKP/3 with a signature of 2.  Deployed in
ambush, or in defensive positions, could be quite effective. Not
reccomended for open-field battles.  Cheap and easily operated by any
planetary militia, these can be a nasty surprise for raiding light armor.
