The Highest Duty, battle report

Hi, I thought that I should give you an over view of the first FT battle that
goes in the "official" UBW History. Turn 1: The Starlight (A modifed
starliner, speed 2 heading north) is shadowed by a cloaking K'rathri ship (1
MU behind the Starlight) and two mass 12 ships
(1
armed with a class-2 and the other with a class-1 and a missile, the
cloaking vessel decloaks and fires a missile at the Starlight, destroying a
PDS, the
bridge, a Firecon and a class-2.  In return the Starlight fires on the
cloaking vessel, doing 1 point of damage, destroying its power core, life
support and normal space drive. The other ships are out of range. Turn 2: The
Starlight speeds up 2 and turns to port 1, the other ships speed up

range is now 42 Turn 3 The Starlight launches a normal fighter group, the
other ships speed up

range is now 34 Turn 4 The Starlight speeds up 2 and turns to port 1, the
other ships speed up

range is now 18, the K'rathri ships fire on the Starlight, doing one point of
damage, the missile is interseped by the PDS, in return the Starlight fire all
of its weapons on the ship with the two Class-1 batterys, destroying it,
the fighter group launched on turn 3 attackes destroying the third and final
K'rathri ship.
Turn 5-x
The Starlight moves into posision to board the cloaking ship (there are 6 live
K'rathri, 1 wouned and 5 dead ones on board)
Turn x+1
The boarding party of two (Devin Marshall and Tamara Kearny, XO of the
Starlight) engade in close combat with the K'rathri, killing 4 and wounding
the other 2, not wanting to be captured the 3 wouned K'rathri kill them
selves, Devin Marshall in wounded. All in all a fun game, a lot of people and
Kats died. amoung the humans the final score is (this is amoung the crew and
passengers: 102 Dead 18 Wounded 116 Alive The kats got 36 kubs killed
