Good question. Most modern Swiss military equipment is home brew, but IIRC
they have some Leopard tanks they bought from the Germans. I'd probably go for
mostly home-builds.

I'd suggest NSL, home build, Japan or other neutral countries.

So a Swiss Navy might be self-sufficient in the
smaller ships, but purchase battleships from the NSL, Escort Cruisers from the
FSE, and carriers from the NAC (flying a mix of FSE and NSL fighters), or
whatever miniatures are on sale at your local gaming store.
