Actually we DO play a lot of games that last a whole week-end and
sometimes con tinue a few wednesdays(our usual gaming night) after that. It's
usually napoleo
nics but we are planning a ww2 1/300 week-end next year and I thought of
making
 a SG2 week-end game my self. It'll probably be 1 or 2 battalions a side
(they need not be on the table at the same time, could be reinforcements etc.)

> Another problem with a battalion based game is that you'd need a LOT

:-) We have the tables for creating these size of battles and I do not
need to buy all the figures my self. As I' count on the scenario to be ww2
based, most people will probably buy at least a few squads each and the rest
of it will be
bought by a few entusiasts :-))

Thank you!!

All this really helps! We are rather experienced in playing large games using
all sorts of special rules (not with SG2, haven't played it yet
¤%"¤#%#") and w
e tend go for the whole thing to get as much realism as possible. (Probably
com
es from having all those historicans in our club :-))

I really look forward to play SG2 - should have played yesterday, but
my girlf
riend got ill so i had to stay home with the kids :-(

with kind regards!
