Try Aaron Teske's FTFB/Space Fleet conversions.

The "Heavy" and "Light" P-torps use the same damage to-hit rolls and
inflict the same damage as normal P-torps, but have range bands of 9mu
and 4mu respectively; Mass is 2x and 0.5x the standard P-torp.

Better still: based on existing FT-human tech *originally developed by
the UN* :-/

It was in a Ragnarok article by Garry Milton. Available on the web at
http://www.homestead.com/SFSFWFT/files/SFSFWFT.html#UN

It was written pre-Fleet Books and pre-UN miniatures. It's a matter
of personal choice as to whether it's part of your vision of the Tuffleyverse.
Jon has never, to the best of my knowledge, stated whether he considers it
part of his vision.
