Greetings! It's that time of year again...:)
WHAT? Stargrunt II Day. An entire day of gaming Near Future SF combat.
WHERE? SCI-FI WORLD & CAFE
1600 Steeles Ave West Concord, On
Canada
(part of Metro Toronto)
WHEN? October 17th 11am thru 10:30 pm
Sci-Fi World & Cafe is located on the corner of Steeles and
Dufferin. It is one of the larger gaming stores in Toronto, and has one of the
best gaming facilities aound (two 4x8 foot tables and 2 4x4 foot tables, all
in a private gaming area).
Demos of Stargrunt II (and Dirtside II) will be run throughout the entire day.
All figures and terrain will be supplied, and NO experience necessary. For
more experienced players, games will be held throughout the day, and a company
level game will commence around 5pm. This year's scenario is.... Well, that
would be giving things away. <g>
PRIZES: Prizes will be available for most events. All prizes supplied by
Geo-Hex of USA.

I knew there was something bugging me about that date. The Argos are home to Montreal that day. The game starts at 1 pm, so I'm going to end up missing most of the demo day. We'll be playing until 11pm or so, thus there is ample time for stragglers to
hop in.

No sweat! If you can't make it in the end, we are doing another
series of demos/games in November downtown, and there is of course
Pandemonium in January.
