St*rtr*k FTFB conversion

Speaking of St*rtr*k, I've worked out a simple conversion to give a similar
"feel" to the shields on the show.

Screens & armour are paid for as normal, but work differently in the St*rtr*k
universe.
Instead of modifying pulse fire as usual, ST shields _repair_ the
appropriate amount of armour boxes each turn. This way you can keep up the
running commentry of shield strength ("shields at 15% captain, one more hit
like that & they'll collapse"). If you want to, you can also apply FT screen
modifiers, but remember that phasor battles seem to become hit & run affairs,
but 1 solid hit from a photon torpedo will cripple you (weak to average hull
but lots of
armour/shields).
