Smaller NAC members Re: Earth Map

On all of this, I have to wonder about the NAC connection to certain nations
of commonwealth background. For example, the Sultanate of Brunei, Belize (in
the NAC now['83] but was it part of the LLAR at one point?), some of the
African Commonwealth nations perhaps, parts of the Carribean?
