Small ships and SMLS

I might suggest you reread the design pages in the FB, as all masses are round
to the nearest whole number (rounding 0.5 up) BUT for available turning
thrust, you round 0.5 down in both cinematic & vector movement.

Manually calculating, I get:

Mass: 30 Hull: Weak (20%) [6] FTL: Std [3] Main Drive: 1 [2]
Damage Track: 6; 2/2/1/1
1 Firecontrol [1] 1 SML Launcher [3] 2 SM(er) salvos [6] 1 Fighter Bay [9]
Total Mass:             -30-

Ah, it is correct. The initial notation looked like it only had 2 hull boxes.
