The Revell-Germany site lists a "Hindenburg" in their upcoming small,
box-scale Mini-kits releases for May.

G'day,

I couldn't see an "english" button on their page sorry. So I'll ask the
obvious... what scale is this? I got the 1/720 version (complete with
book in German... pity I only know how to count and swear in any language but
English). Its very nice (though not overly complex in the sticking together
area), and though I'm tempted to transform it into something suitably
sci-fi
for my TOLEAMC idea I think I'll keep it as is for my WWI games.
Cheers

There is a website by the American branch:
http://www.revell-monogram.com/
Doesn't seem to show the mini-kits.

The website doesn't give a scale. The boxes would allow it to be about
8 cm long - unless they cut it at half-length, in which case it could
be longer.

The Bandai "Queen Emeraldas" kit I mentioned recently might be a good
alternative for an SF Zeppelin. Except for the Galleon gondola, it is a quite
sober design.

I got Beth one of those for her Birthday this year, something for her 6mm WWI
aircraft to run into, the box also had this book about Zepplins (Luftschiffle
by Peter Mayer) in it as well, but it's text is in German
:)
But it has this interesting picture, like something out of a Warner Brothers
cartoon. It's the imprint in the ground of a body, it's from January, 1916 and
presumedly the body that made the imprint fell from a Zepplin.

Beth, we only need to know two numbers in English: "1" (which we roll
consistently) and "6" (which we dream about ;-).
As for swearing in English, here are some good words to start with: darn,
heck, sugar, munchkin, GW.
