SGII: Rommel Hover Tank w/ Rail Gun

How do you orient the resin and metal bits for this kit?  (SF25-30)  It
looks like the two fins on the square piece angle up and to the front of the
tank when glued to the center of the chassis. But then how does the large
rectangular rail gun connect? Narrow end forward? Centered between the two
fins? Maybe someone could post a jpg or gif file in the photo gallery at
http://www.geohex.com?  Or at least send me back some info.
