[SGII] Platoon Sergeant?

I've seen reference several times to the Platoon Sergeant, what would you use
him for in SGII?

The same thing you would in real life, to lead the platoon and hold the
platoon leader by the hand. You can use the PSG to give activations also. I
think Tom Barclay has some PSG specific SG2 rules.
