SG2 point costs

I was wondering if anyone has come up w/ a point cost system for
Stargrunt2? I understand the designer's philosophy for not wanting to include
any. But
it seems a few of us out here are accustomed to 'building-up forces'
using points to run a campaign game. Since both FT and DS2 utilize points, I
only felt it may be possible others may be interested as well.
