SG2 Mounted Infantry rules posted.

I've just posted Wayne Pollerd's final draft of the mounted infantry rules
recently talked about.

The rest of the house rules on the page are our local gaming groups, some
of which I wrote or co-wrote. I'm only hosting Wayne's rules.
