[SG2] Hardtack is Now Online!

I have finally posted Hardtack online. Hardtack is my set of American Civil
War rules for Stargrunt II. It can also be used for the Franco-Prussian
War and the British Colonial period. Anyone interested in mounted rules for
SG2 could find it useful as well.

I asked a while ago about formats. I have placed Hardtack online in only two
formats: Word 97 and Adobe Acrobat. The reason is that any other format will
take some more formatting. HTML right out of Word is ugly and would take a lot
of editing. RTF, due to my use of paragraphs, would take a some work as well.
(I will do the RTF stuff, though, as I can automate the conversion with
macros.)

Once the rules have stabilized, I will put them into HTML and RTF formats, and
will create a Palm doc version. If any of you would like to see Hardtack in
another format, please let me know. If I have any response, I'll post a
different format right away.
