Just finished a game. My opponent was using his infantry's GMS/P
aqainst my PA. Is this okay? It felt right, but I know GMS can't be used
against infantry.
See: Heavy Weapons vs Infantry, SG pg:40.
Infantry are size 1 targets, usually with no ecm; so it's FC+Q vs d4 ecm
die using d8 impact.

Yep, another interpretation that has been worried over like a dog's bone!
Still, I did like a previous House Rule that someone was using that allowed
the GMS/P to be used against a single PA trooper. Something along the
lines of resolving the hit as Brendan describes but then you resolve damage as
per a vehicle hit ie Minor Success is d12 Imp vs PA Armour level and Major
Success doubles Imp vs PA Armour.
Only one figure can be a casualty in the squad and that hit figure is
determined randomly. I personally like this but it is a House Rule approach
and needs to be played with that in mind.

We were kind of doing it the way the Brendan suggested. We assumed that PA
would have some kind of ECM, we used the Sensor rating of the unit (Enh in
this case) vs the firer's Quality and Sensor. Then it was random hit in the
squad and damage as against a point target.
