Sounds like something Godzilla would say...
I add static grass to my Woodland Scenics Blended Turf. Gives just a hint of
high weeds.

Sorry about that- yes, it's PVA. <Buji goes and smells a figure.>
Seems okay to me!
Also, I've never tried this, but I've heard of adding static grass (fake grass
for dioramas, available in hobby shops) to the mix.

Whoops, don't know if I saw this mentioned, but Liquitex, and I assume others,
have acrylic based mediums that have everything from sand to fibers to flakes
in them. I've heard others say the can make interesting
ground/grass texture, and you don't have to worry about organics
decomposing. ;->=
All I saw were either white or black 'lava'. Still have to
paint/drybrush.
