Subject: SG: Weird Scale Question

I found a new hobby shop in town (Hallelujah). Well, an old one I didn't know
about. One of these days when I have some money, there's a model I'd
love to buy to kit bash - an OV-10 Bronco. The thing is, it's an OLD
kit, and the scale is listed as "One Quarter Inch." Sadly, when scales were
being discussed, I only paid attention to mm vs. fractional scale. Can anyone
tell me what One Quarter Inch Scale is? At first I thought,
"Gee,
one inch is 25.4 mm, so 1/4 inch should be about 6.3mm.

At a guess, it'll be 1/4" to the foot, or 1" (scale) = 6' (world) which
equates to exactly 1/72nd scale (20mm in new money).
