in the USA, years ago. I know it was about a shopkeeper who could sell AC
units to Penguins in the arctic circle in a Blizzard. I knowthe shopkeeper was
also the 1 of the stars of another show the 2 Ronnies

Granville was his nephew, who was to be 1/2 Hungarian.
