[SG/DS] force ratios

Someone asked abt force ratios. According to

(yes it's FAS but apparently taken directly from a real Army manual)
the following have a 50/50 chance of success:

Friendly mission / acceptable friendly:enemy ratio / position
Delay 1: 6 Defend 1: 3 Prepared or fortified Defend 1: 2.5 Hasty Attack 3: 1
Prepared or fortified Attack 2.5: 1 Hasty Counterattack 1: 1 Flank

forces equal to those of the enemy will choose to fight, if he has the option.
