[SG/DS]Aliens

It seems to me that a long while ago, someone put on the list, a list of
effects for DS or SG (can't remember which) that would produce useable alien
races...

Where can I find this list? Who did it?

I found it! Forgot to look on my laptop! Been surfing on it, and forgot to
transfer the saved messages to my desk machine...8D
