Licensed from Caterpillar, from Norscott Models. Seen in hobby store today.
1:50 scale (just about perfect for 25mm). Bulldozer, backhoe, dump truck,
grader. All could probably be repainted to a lovely green with a bit of work,
or just used as civ kit.

It's hard to find good stuff in the right scale, and this is a great example.
Could probably even be used to kitbash armoured variants for your little
Atkinsons.....;)

Tomb.

There are some metal toys out there that fit right in. WalMart has a series of
AFV's that work great. There is an M113, a Panhard AC with 20mm cannon, a
LAV-25 that are perfect right out of the blister pack. Here in the U.S.
they sell for $0.76 each. There is an M! Abrams that is hopelessly small for
25mm
but MIGHT work okay for 15mm it is also seventy-six cents. Hot Wheels
makes a Bradley IFV that is great and a slightly smaller version of the M113
that can
make-up into a grav or hover FSV without a lot of fuss. They run on sale
at $0.49 occasionally, and there is a HUMMER that works too, though I found a
set of plastic toys with three different versions of the HUMMER in perfect
25mm scale, four HUMMERs, about 20 BARELY USEABLE toy soldiers and several
scenery pieces like a guard shack and tiltable road block in a big box for
about six dollars American. There are bargains in useable vehicles for SG II
scale gaming if one looks and is willing to make a few kit bashing mods to
make them more SFish in appearance.
