Sensors. A BETTER Idea Actually now I have a better idea. Each fleet should
make only one sensor roll (the ships are all sharing targeting information so
if one can see it they all can). Distance is measured from the flagship (which
should pry it free from the rear edge of the table). Each commander makes one
role each, then detected units are revealed from front to rear of the fleet.

Modifiers (incomplete list): active sensors
Basic     0    Per Enemy Area ECM System   -2
Enhanced  +1   Per Enemy ECM System        -2
Superior  +2

Very incomplete, but sensor rules are best left in the hands of someone who
knows what they are doing.
