I did it!
Went ahead and took advantage of the 3 book deal from GZG and ordered all 3 FT
books after reading and downloading MT. Looking forward to getting into FT
after picking up a copy of WEG's "Star Warriors" and viewing some Star
Wars-FT conversions.
Anyone know of any source of spaceship counters (with top-down views?)
I know, I know I should use minis but I really prefer counters......any help
is appreciated.
Now to bookmark all the FT pages.......
Thanks,

I know there are several sites with printable versions; would that work? It'll
take a bit of Google for me to locate them, though I think Mark may have links
via his Unofficial FT site.
I've seen B5 and Star Wars images. Also, I seem to recall some sample
ships at the Starmada/Majestic Twelve Games store. Anything in
particular you are seeking?

There are some, including a turning template, at the Power Projection
Website. http://www.powerprojection.net/ They're on two largish PDFs.

I'd started to list the following sites when I realized that you might want
bigger/sturdier/pre-made, and sent the other note.
Thomas Heaney's:
http://www.miniwar.co.uk/ft/counters/counters.htm
http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Station/3565/
has a number of links under Ship Counters; unfortunately, several are no
longer connnected.
B5 counters:
http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Capsule/8234/B5.html
However, aside from things like old Imperium, Starfire or SFB's silhouette
counters, I'm pretty much drawing a blank, except for maybe Renegade Legion's
Leviathan's main box or Reinforcement pack. While OOP, it's often found fairly
cheaply. The 'counters' are actually little boxes with 6 images printed on the
6 sides. You can either leave 'em as boxes, or simply cut the top image out
for a flat counter.
The new Imperium's counters are pretty enough, but fairly busy.
Have you considered Micro Machines? ;->=
