I hope there will be a summary of this on the list for we members on the other
side of the pond, it sound interesting.

P.S.-Include the lengths of the turns/game, I`m curious as to how long a
12000 pts per side game takes.

Bif: To answer your question, it depends on the rule system you use for
movement.

I play with John Leary (and reqularly get my butt handed to me in the fight I
might add) and we use a modified movement system. We move slowest to fastest
then shoot fastest to slowest (by thrust rating). We have done a couple 10,000

point (total) games in roughly two to three hours. Of course we do not write
down movement orders and are there just to roll dice. I will try and keep
track of what happens to what side, length and all the other good stuff for
the list. I will then try to write it up with some

sembalance of proper english spelling. (God's gift to humans, at least one is
spell checkers).

John W. Fox Still painting like mad.

Tom - I'm holding you to this - I'll see you next year in the Bay Area!
Of course there will be a GZG WCC 2! Let's just see how much money I lose this
year...

And thanks for the "Carter Island Award" reminder...

Thanks again to all of those guys who are helping to make my dream of a GZG
West Coast Con come true! I'll see you all in about 19 hours...

We had some folks painting on Friday and Saturday at the ECC for the Grey Day
scenario. We'll set up an area out of the way if folks need to do that again
next year. The painting area and the fumes were a problem for some.

One good way to get a 'good' camo scheme on a tank or ship is to try and paint
while you're driving to the convention.

Jon: I am the Full Thrust game that starts off the Saturday line of events.
 It
would be in my favor if I was not painting on the table as it was playing.
Gives new meaning to "Fog of War" especially if it is paint across your
sensors
.
I will try and put out a blurb on what happened, rules, setup, etc for the
game a couple days (ie do not expect it monday) after we get done.

Damn, wish I had time to get all of my KV painted up, but work has had a
tendency to occupy my time lately (thank you CA state Legislature for all of
your frigging standardized testing ideas). I'll have a rather motley looking
fleet of KV, but at least all of my ESU stuff is painted:)
