RCPT messages again

Were staring to get a few RCPT messages again

This is people sending messages to the list with confirm delivery or confirm
reading attributes set, so that some mailers feel obliged to respond back when
they read it (Pegasus seems really keen)

Pegasus mail users beware that the delivery settings can be sticky in that if
you set them for one message, they may stay set for all future messages, as
reported by a Pegasus user here recently.

Everyone else check their settings please and turn off tell me when messages
have been delivered or read type options for sending mail.
