Hello all,

just a very quick question with (probably) a very quick answer: what is a GAC?

(I own Dirtside but not Stargrunt)

Mass Driver Cannon (MDC) version of the Rapid-Fire AutoCannon (RFAC); in
other words, a gauss (magnetically-accelerated) version of a
conventional
chemical-propellant autocannon.

Yeah, I looked it up... He asked about one abbreviation and got two more back.
Looked a bit funny, no offence ment what so ever.

None taken! ;-)
The reason the original poster couldn't identify the GAC is that it's not in
Dirtside, only Stargrunt; the MDC and RFAC are both explained in Dirtside, so
I assumed they would be understood!
Aren't TLA s (or FLAs in the RFAC case) wonderful? ;-)

The preferred term for FLA is ETLA (or extended TLA). IMHO, of course. YMMV.
BRB, I need a DC. Cya. TTFN.
