Subject: Q about ordering 15mm GZG minis

Is the online catalog (http://www.gtns.net/gzg/gzg-sg15.html)
up-to-date?

Is there any US distribution of these figures? (Hoping to lessen the 50% S&H
charges to the US)

Given that some of us are interested, and KR(Kieran, correct me if I err)
seems hesitant to get into the 15mm range, mayhaps St.^^^Jon could be enticed
to come up with one or two package deals, each including a somewhat more
reasonable(if the bulk is right) flat s&h fee. I assume as you get closer to
the small packet limit, there is a savings if you hit it just right.

Of course, they'd be arbitrary as to what GZG considers a balanced bunch.
However, I know I'd certainly be willing to be tolerant. Always somebody to
swap with, should a different mix be required.

Must have bugs!

*ahem* Jon, is it worth your effort to come up with such deals?

*sigh* Looks like this won't be worked out in time for the Xmas special
figure, though. ;->=

The flat rate 50% only applies to orders paid upfront by IMO, bank cheque,
cash etc - we have to set it high so that orders that end up being heavy
(eg: ones containing resin kits) have enough postage sent, otherwise we'd have
to go back to some customers and ask for more money, which wouldn't work! If
you pay by credit card, however, we calculate the postage when the order is
packed and weighed, and we only charge your card for the cost of
the actual postage plus a small amount for packing and handling - the
end result, especially on smallish orders of figures, is that the p&p charged
is often only in the range of 10-20% of the order value.

Hope this helps,

Jon (GZG)

PS: Yes, the online catalogue is pretty much up to date, though Im just about
to send Paul Owen the very latest updates so he can get them up on the site in
the next few days.
PPS: Don't forget that US (and other non-EU) customers get to subtract
14.9% off the list prices anyway (on everything EXCEPT books) because you
don't have to pay the VAT that is included in all figure prices, so you're
already getting a pretty good deal!
