This is a house rule it has not been competely reworked and tested for
FB/FT.
B. Planetary Based Fighters (PBF): A heavier version of standard fighters,
twice as massive as a standard fighter, usually based on planets, bases, and a
few specialized carriers. They travel 18” inches
per turn, range as a 6”(stand-off capable),
carry two foreward arc weapon package (any type except interceptor)and
a turret 360 degree with anti-fighter weapon that kills a fighter on
5-6, treat as a heavy fighter for damage, and nine endurance markers.
Only 9” for secondary movement. In dogfights, PBFs roll one dice and hits
other fighters only a 6. The foreward weapon packages must fire on the same
target ship or sqaudron but, donot have to match. PBF squadrons come usually
in six element.
