[PBEM] Justified Use of Military Power

I need a player to take over an empire in a PBEM JUMP game. The game uses a
slightly modified turn sequence and more tech advances. Turns are about
once per week, with some inter-player diplomacy about every turn or
every other turn. Reply off list.
