Okay. Since I don't have credit cards anymore, the Paypal people have a system
where I can pay through paypal.com via a bank draft type system?
What's their e-mail, please?

The website is www.x.com. What you need to do is to set up an account and
provide bank acct. information. Once they verify your information, you can
transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal acct. to send to other
people.
