Hi all,
Just wondering, before I bother Jon, do GZG ever supply spare bits?
I'm starting to build the 8 Lake Class UNSC destroyers (FT-1105) that I
bought (I think it was at Bifrost) and in taking them out of the bags
have discovered one of the torpedo/rocket tube style mouldings that go
underneath is missing. As I haven't had them out of the bag since I got them I
know it was missing at the start! I know that the model will get by without
them but it'd be nice to get the full hit.
Cheers,

If something is missing Jon will most likely just send you a replacement. It
does help if you check shipments upon arrival instead
of a couple of years later though:-) He does sell spare parts
though. Some lines, like the UNSC just beg for creative parts mixing.

Yes he does; both spare bits to replace missing ones and individual ship
parts for kitbashes. (Though you'll have to pay for the kitbash bits;
replacements for missing ones are free AFAIK.)

Thanks for the replies.
On the kitbash front I was looking at the Fleet Tender, then thinking of a
really *big* Fleet Tender!

Hi Dom,
If there was a bit missing when bought the mini, of course we'll send you one
free of charge; remind me of you address offlist.
As to extra bits for scratchbuilds/conversions, yes we can supply
these to special order; email a list of what you want and we can quote some
prices.
