Painting technique (semi-OT)

An extremely cool large-scale military diorama:

Great techinque, even if not very transferable to tabletop wargaming
miniatures! (I'm not going to give away the surprise of what exactly the
technique was here - go check the page out!)

I will say that, for a WW2 diorama, it looks a lot closer to the real WW2
photos we're used to seeing!:)
