[OT] WWII Naval & Aircraft Questions

Yeah, I know this is pretty OT, but as has been pointed out in the past, we
have a wide variety of knowledge here...

I'm looking for a good book on WWII warships. I'd prefer one with drawn
profiles & overhead views rather than photos (as is done with many WWII
aircraft encyclopedias).

I'm also looking for some good "grand tactical" WWII aircraft rules, or
failing that, a copy of CoA's Over the Reich.
