Because the list is a giant brain-trust, I'm
seeking some info:

What's involved in setting up a webring? Is it the kind of think that needs
hosted or only a
next/previous link? Does it require CGI or some
similar thing?

Who owns the Full Thrust Web Ring?

I was kind of thinking of a Gropo version for DS and SG.
