A great place to start is "Web-Grognards".

On their main page, just click on "S" under
"wargames by title/series/companyArtical Index".
Then scroll down to "Stellar Conquest".

It's also a great place to look for just about anything
wargame/boardgame related.

They update the site just about every sunday night.

I like to start my wargame searchs here.
