Just a quick note to say I have taken new pictures of
the 1/300th scale paper buildings that are on my site.
The new pictures give a clearer view of what the finished models look like.
Hopefully be of interest to some of you.

That's some sweet stuff there Jeremey...

Thanks, Damo. Didn't want to be a pep club of one. ;->=
Germ, you might think about damaged sections, especially for the modular
buildings, though it's hard to do with nice edges for doing top sections.
Jagged, blackened holes for the lower sections seem relatively
straightforward.
Just a thought for polish, mind you, but seems pretty common that, when
running tanks through cities, you get rubble-ization without much
trying.

They are free and made of paper. You could always cut them up and make them a
bit dirty with a black ink wash or even run a lit match over parts to get that
scorched look:)
Not meaning to sound sarcastic, but that was what I was planning to show
people how to do if they wanted ruins.
As for me I'm desparately trying to find time for an alien drop pod,
sci-fi
sky scrappers and the much promised Battletech type drop pod.
And that is just the wanted list for the 1/300th paper buildings
section!

Not at all; should have thought it myself, though I'm scratching my head on
how to make the top rubble.

I figured skyscrapers just used more floors from the modular building. Still,
I can see 'your plate is full' for the paper page.
Not to mention the very nice sculpting you've done. I hadn't realized your
work is now both at Brigade AND Pendraken. Congrats!
However, I've got to remember to ask Tony about the Welsh Star League image
caption. What is up with the 'Spacesheep'? I think I've been offended...

You mean you want the buildings with roof destroyed but remaining standing?
> I figured skyscrapers just used more floors from the modular building.
No people wanted futuristic looking skyscrappers sort of "city of the future"
type stuff.

Just goes to show how nice the people working in this industry are. I've met
three manufacturers if you add Sir Jon, and I'm still overwhelmed by their
encouragement and generosity.

Oh hang on a post which mentions sheep, shouldn't that carry a disclaimer
these days?

There will be more 'Germys' (as we like to call them) released in the next
couple of months. Jeremey sent us a bunch more walkers but we
managed to lose the masters - happily they were discovered lurking under
a pile of other masters (I think they've been breeding however, as I swear
there were more than I remember...).

OHMYGOSH, I never thought of that! I'm DOOMED!!!
Only thing that could be worse is those compromising pictures of me, the
Barney dolls, and large firecrackers...
The horror...

Jeremy, thanks for such a cool site full of free stuff! I downloaded all of
the 25mm deckplans to finally start working on an idea for Stalingradish
factory interior set-up I've been contemplating for
SG. Thanks for the inspiration. Eric
