Jon, setting up to be paid by PayPal is easy - though you may wish to
add a 3% surcharge.
I have found the most cost effective (if not using International
Credit/Debit Cards) is to use a Western Union Money Order via the
post-office.
No bank involved (although it's around AU$7.50 for the privilege).
