Thanks for correcting my failure to change subject! Do as I say, not as I do... My employer uses a totally different mail system, so I'm working on hearsay, but when I said M$ Outlook, I was also thinking M$ Exchange, which I think is the mail server software you hook up with, which prolly means you're SOL for having a meaningful correction. The weird thing was that your post five minutes after the position-of-women-in-societies post DIDN'T have the attachment. Clue one? Not I. G'day, > The weird thing was that your post five minutes Makes sense to me though. I started that post in some down time on a works station I couldn't VPN from so was using the web interface and then finished it later on my laptop. All the others I wrote only on my laptop. Ok from now must avoid the interface;) Have fun

Any exchange server afficinados (or people know of sites) that have a checklist I can tick off to try and stop this problem from happening? Thanks Beth With or without explosives? Seriously, it's probably something the server does and it probably is advertising that 'pays the bills' type thing. You should be familiar with the same kind of c... detritus... that accompanies research grants. Gracias,
