[OT] Native American Populations

Hey, Gang!

A while back, during our discussion of the CNP/NPC/TTN, someone
mentioned there were about 6 US states where declining economies combined with
population growth in the Indian Population meant that Native Americans could
be the majority in those states fairly soon. Would the person who made that
comment please contact me off-list and tell me which states those were,
as well as where they got the information? It would be a big help.
