Hi gang
Just put up some pics of some new bug miniatures I've been sculpting. The
scans aren't the best in the world but do show my initial attempt at legs
instead of the slug propulsion system of the previous designs.

Any comments?

They look a bit 'flat' but I'm guessing that's because they're scanned top
down. As long as the legs can be separated from the body we should be able to
cast 'em.

Cute, again.
Perhaps something slimmer or longer-legged for the recce bug ?
Make it look a bit faster-moving.

They are about 6-8mm tall (without turret).
Should be able to separate the legs from the body.......
Hmmm think that last comment belongs on the psychopath mailing list:)

Slimmer was not in my personal design brief, but I'll think about the longer
legs:)

I agree. The legs as they are now definitely suggest a "trundle" as opposed to
a buggy "skitter".

I like them as they are now -- after all, it needs sturdy legs if
it's going to push!
I think both would find a use in a buggy army, thin and long for speed,
shorter and stouter for power...
Kind of the same way we use wheels and treads.
