I'd settle for recruiting to have at least one qualified Hispanic hired (0 for 220 plus in the last 2 (or was it 3) years.) Not too impressive but the numbers of Asian/Pacific Islanders are as bad and Native American/Alaskan Natives... oh my. Even by "The Community" (much less federal workforce or private work force) numbers we are ineffective. And by policy there is a 'emphasis' on recruiting qualified minorities and women.
