All my life I have made it a point to try to understand the other guy's point
of view, but for the life of me I don't understand. Terrorism of this type
helps nobody and hurts so many innocent people.

For those who can't get to a news service - what a day to get the flu
and be able to watch the news stations all day - current situation is
as follows:

3 bombs have gone off on trains in the London Underground system just after
rush hour this morning. A further explosion destroyed a public bus near one of
the underground stations affected. All the underground trains and the bus were
reportedly packed with people. Current statistics suggest between 30 and 40
people have been killed, another 50 are have been seriously injured and there
are several hundred 'walking wounded'. There has been no concrete claims for
responsibility yet.

Thank you.

I work for the Visit London (the rebranded London Tourist Board) and for
yesterday's Olympics high to be followed by today's tragedy is just too
shocking for words.

Family, friends and colleagues have been accounted for and are okay.
One friend was on a tube minutes ahead of one of those hit - "too
close for comfort" in his own words.

Under NATO and other treaties, an attack on England is also an attack on

the United States. Anticipate a good deal of help in avenging this
abomination.

My deepest sympathies to the souls affected by this crime.

I hate "me too" posts, but in this case I'll make an exception.

My wife and I were getting ready for work yesterday when we saw the
reports on the news. For Alana it brought up memories of 9/11. It
reminded me of IRA attacks, and how London has endured a lot in the last
century.

My deepest sympathies to anyone with family caught in the attacks, and to
Britons in general.

Not even NATO. The US generally has a fond spot for our cousins. What hurts

first one says they'll handle this one.

Aye.
