The aptly named "Fantasy Rules!" if you're into mass combat. Don't know about
skirmish.

There's a very nice game called "Legendary Battles", by the Canadian Wargamers
Group (http://theminiaturespage.com/rules/fan/lbat.html ) that I would
recommend.

The rules are simple, pretty generic, and they tend to play pretty quickly.
Plus, it's a cheap investment.

Warrior Heroes - Fantastic armies clash in this big battle scale rules.

Mayhem: Warrior Heroes - Man to man combat.

Warring Fleets - Incorporates over twenty fleets from the mythical world
of Talomir.

Ditto. Though the ranged combat leaves something to be desired.
